Peter Mackey Scholarship in Critical Disability Studies

This scholarship was established in 2015 in memory of Peter Mackey, an erudite and sophisticated thinker. He was researching the problems that disabled people experience and what might a society be like were these problems solved.

This award is will be given to one newly admitted Critical Disability Studies PhD student who self-identifies as a person with a disability and demonstrates the array of experiences acquired within their pursuit of higher education at the doctoral level, their interest in critical disability studies, and what they hope to accomplished with their education upon graduation.

Eligibility: The Mackey Scholarship is offering $1,000 entrance scholarship to a new, full time doctoral student that is admitted and registered in Critical Disability Studies program.
