Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to isg2024@yorku.ca. A full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) can be received when the cancellation is requested on or before March 31, 2024. Cancellations between April 1 and May 5, 2024 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be granted after May 5, 2024.
