Global Health Travel Award Application 2024/25

The Global Health Travel Award supports the international mobility of undergraduate students engaged in global health initiatives as part of their academic program. The award supports qualified students to travel abroad to participate in international activities in the field of global health by offsetting travel and accommodation expenses.

This form is provided to outline the available resources and expense estimate for planned international travel as part of the GH 4300 Global Health Practicum. Advanced budgeting is key to ensuring students are able to meet the financial requirements for a positive international experience. Applicants should have approval for participation in a global experience through their program prior to submitting this form.
