Presenter's Bio: Glen is a personal trainer and certified muscle system specialist that works with clients to improve their muscle and motor function so they can go back to doing what they love. His mission is to educate clients and exercise professionals on how to create better, more sustainable physical health and exercise practices. He is a graduate of York University's Kinesiology & Health Science program, a certified muscle system specialist, and holds a NSCA-CSCS certification.
