Presenter's Bio: Monique is an assistant professor, teaching stream in the department of psychology and teaches statistics and program evaluation. She was recognized in 2016 with the Distinguished Contributions to Teaching Award for her deep commitment and outstanding contribution to teaching. In addition to her teaching, she focuses on undergraduate student success in and out of the classroom, academic identity development, and effective learning strategies to support the teaching of statistics. She is the faculty mentorship liaison for the Black Students in Psychology Association.

Bri is a full-time doctoral student in Clinical Neuropsychology at York University and a part-time MBA student specializing in Health Industry Management and Organization studies at the Schulich School of Business. Her doctoral research is focused on utilizing experimental performance-based measures, well-established neurocognitive tests, and neuroimaging methods to explore the neuropsychological correlates of higher order cognition in younger and older adults. Bri aspires to synthesize the research and clinical skills obtained through her neuropsychological training with the specialized knowledge and leadership skills developed through her MBA studies in order to develop a special fusion of expertise that will allow her to better serve the healthcare industry.

Najma Eno is a student, writer, and community engagement coordinator whose work centers on queerness, Blackness, and anti-oppression.
