Student Health Ambassadors at York (SHAY) is a volunteer ambassador program for current Faculty of Health students in their second year or higher. SHAYs share their experiences in their program and as YorkU students with prospective students and their families. They assist with both online and in person events such as open houses, the Ontario Universities’ Fair, online program information sessions, and drop in Q&As to help prospective student decide if they want to study at in the Faculty of Health. We will only review complete, submitted applications. The deadline to apply to the SHAY program for the 2024-2025 team is Thursday, May 9, 2024. NOTICE OF COLLECTION: Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of The York University Act, 1965 and will be used to determine your eligibility for the Student Health Ambassador Program and to ensure the diversity of the SHAY program.
