HH-Recruitment Office: Promotional Materials Loan Request

The Faculty of Health Recruitment Office can loan out communication and material supports free of charge (subject to availability) for a short period of time. Schools and Departments within the Faculty of Health may request these items to enhance their events and initatives.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge responsibility for the care and timely return of any borrowed materials, as well as any damages or loss incurred during the loan period. Loan requests are subject to availability, and all materials must be picked up and returned within the specified time frame during office hours (8:30 am - 4:30 pm).
